Keir & Associates, is a company that specialises primarily in Consulting in logistics and Materials Handling Projects. We concentrate in particular on Factory re-organisation, Warehousing, Conveyor Systems and Palletisation.

In addition to our knowledge on logistics, we also have significant expertise in the packing and storage of sugar products. We have undertaken several projects of this nature and are regarded as the authority on the subject. We also have experience in process plants and have undertaken a number of projects that involve piping design, pressure vessels. Most of our staff are very familiar with the sugar industry and have been involved with sugar in their own capacity for a number of years.

As an aid to proving our design of systems developed, we have access to simulation techniques for unravelling and/or proving the viability of difficult conveyor and warehouse solutions before they are actually built. The same technique can be used on process plants.
